Late Leopards Bacon Butty Run

Saturday morning was quite frosty so we were advised to stay in bed for another hour till it had warmed up. This was good for some and unfortunately not for others.

A group of eight of us headed off to Henley in the sunshine. When Rob sadly punctured near Benson we decided it made sense for those not helping to head to the Waterfront cafe for refreshments.

The bacon and egg baps were spectacular however, they did make the climb back up swyncombe quite challenging. Up front Chris and Simon were duelling for the KOM title at the top. We all made it back to Marlow safely and it was a joy to have a dry ride in the sunshine even though it was quite cold.

Daniel and Debs made it back before us as rather unfortunately they did not receive the delayed start notification, which is something we need to address for next weekend. My apologies.
